Concepcion, Tarlac may have a couple of places worth going to, just like the recently built mini-mall, Walter Mart, and a handful of places where you can fill your belly, but there's one place that's not forgotten but rarely talked about and it's the favorite meeting place which is the Concepcion, Plaza.
As I've said, Concepcion, Plaza is the favorite meeting place especially for students for group projects, group reports, or even if just hanging out. Some students even decide that they would do their projects there and you will find many students practicing various things and occasionally find someone filming something because of the many food stalls around the vicinity of Plaza. The food stalls provide many kinds of foods including drinks, smoked foods, fried foods, and many more.
It is located in front of the Concepcion, Tarlac Church, and Municipal Hall and just behind the Concepcion Legislative Building. (Check the Map beside to check the exact location.)

My experiences
So, why do I recommend this place? wy feature it if it's just a meeting place? Well, I myself experience going to its place because as a student myself have a fair share of times where we would meet up in the plaza and someone would definitely be late. As a well-known spot at Concepcion as well as being the first thing you will see as you enter the "kabayanan", it is no secret why it would be a perfect spot for a meeting place.
It's not just a place for a meeting place, I also experience ranging out in the plaza and practicing in it. It has two large gazebo and several smaller "kubo" where students like me can make projects or group works. The stage and the wide grass are a perfect place for practice so you often find students practicing dancing or even filming. And we tend to stay there and practice there for the whole day because there are snack vendors all over the place and because it's easy to eat lunch because it's close to a few eatery and fast-food chains.
And since it's already the Christmas season, you will see many colorful lights and the famous "bilen". there's also a playground just around the entrance where I still play even though I'm 16 already. Tere's also a large octagon platform in the middle of the plaza where events are always taking place, it is also a good place to practice or film due to it being wide.
